Ideal and highly qualified candidates commonly take these competitive examinations over and over without achieving adequate results and find themselves “out of the running” in one selection process after the next. That negative cycle can stop with some hard work and proper preparation. The definition of “insanity” has often been said to be “doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome.” Many candidates, after months and even years of frustration, have quickly realized the benefits of proper exam preparation through CCS Test Prep® under the direct guidance of Chief David A. Paprota, Ed.D. (Ret.).
The CCS Test Prep® Program is a very focused training course during which Chief David A. Paprota, Ed.D. (Ret.) works with students using an online platform for the two weeks leading up to the actual exam. Along with videos and instructional lessons, students have the ability to complete online practice quizzes which are instantly scored and include answer guides to ensure maximum retention and understanding. This focused approach has proven to be far superior to in-class lectures and has produced exceptional results.
Anyone interested in preparing for the “Chief’s Test” should contact CCS Test Prep® Today.
Candidates should ALWAYS learn what exam is being used by the hiring agency or organization in New Jersey. While these two exams are the most common, some departments and police academies choose to utilize different exams from other vendors. For instance, the Mercer County Police Academy, the West Windsor Police Department, and the Secaucus Police Department utilized the McCann Associates examination rather the the IOS NCJOSI or NGLE exam series. Likewise, the Cherry Hill Police Department use the Stanard and Associates NPOST Exam while the Englewood Police Department and the New Jersey Transit Police Department utilized IPMA-HR (Public Safety Compass) exams for their entry-level testing.
If you are going to sit for a police department exam, reach out to Chief David A. Paprota, Ed.D. (Ret.) to see what exam preparation services are available.
