The New Jersey State Police (NJSP) opened their application period on Monday, February 3rd, 2020 for another open-competitive testing cycle. The online application period was only open for a 3-week period and closed on Sunday, February 23rd, 2020. Candidates who applied were required to complete the physical assessment in either late August or early September due to delays caused by COVID-19. For those who passed the PTQ, written testing was scheduled for either September 27, 2020 or Sunday, October 18, 2020.
